Lodge Registrar (Elected Position)

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Reports to Lodge Vice Chief of Administration.
  • Works closely with the Lodge Registrar Advisor, seeking advice and training. He does not wait for his advisor to call, but calls the advisor often.
  • Reports status of membership of the lodge to the LEC.
  • Maintains an up-to-date roster of names, addresses, E-mail and telephone numbers of all Lodge members. Distributes new list to all Lodge Officers and Advisors once a month.
  • Responsible for registration and dues for the lodge.
  • Responsible for registration at all Lodge functions.
  • Serves as an example of the ideals of the BSA and the Order of the Arrow.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Lodge Vice Chief of Administration.
