Duties and Responsibilities
Reports to Lodge Vice Chief of Administration.
Works closely with the Lodge Treasurer Advisor, seeking advice and training. He does not wait for his advisor to call, but calls the advisor often.
Responsible to make sure Lodge funds are reported correctly.
Reports financial status of the lodge to the LEC.
Responsible to review Lodge expenses vs. amount charged for Lodge activities. Make recommendations for fee increases as needed.
Coordinates financial responsibilities of the Lodge.
Presents a yearly financial report to the Lodge at the annual banquet.
Serves as an example of the ideals of the BSA and the Order of the Arrow.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Lodge Vice Chief of Administration.
