- Reports to Lodge Chief.
- Works closely with the Lodge
Associate Advisor, seeking advice and training. He does not wait for
his advisor to call, but calls the advisor often.
- Assists the Lodge Chief,
as directed, to carry out program operations of the Lodge.
- Oversees Program Lodge Officers
(Sub-VC of Service and Activities, Sub-VC of Visitations and Promotions,
Sub-VC of Ceremonies, Sub-VC of Dance and Drum & Brotherhood Chairman)
- Oversees Elangomat recruiting
& training.
- Oversees program committees
through the Lodge Sub-VC of Service and Activities (Banquette, Ordeal,
Scout Expo, Mountain Man Rendezvous & Fellowships).
- Reminds Program Lodge Officers
to attend meetings.
- Serves as an example of
the ideals of the BSA and the Order of the Arrow.
- Assumes the responsibilities
of the Lodge Chief in his absence.
- Attends Council of Chiefs
meeting if appointed to do so by the Lodge Chief.
- Performs other duties as
assigned by the Lodge Chief.
